Atlanta Abode is a co living community in Atlanta providing affordable and convenient rooms for rent to individuals.

Currently, we have one co living house in 2145 Hollywood Dr NW, Atlanta GA. Future additional locations will be posted once available.

We require interested individuals to submit an online application which will be used for background check and income verification. You will get an approval confirmation within 48 hours. Once approved, you’ll sign a digital contract and pay the initial invoice, then you can move in.

Yes. We will conduct a tenant screening to evaluate your application to live in Atlanta Abode. 

We are looking for tenants who are kind, trustworthy and responsible. We review criminal history, eviction history and employment and income capability of applicants. 

All approved applicants will have to settle a minimal deposit fee and the first rental fee before moving in. You can choose to pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. 

A deposit of $250 is required before moving in. This will be refunded within 15 days after move out. A MINIMUM OF 1 MONTH stay is required to be eligible for the refund.

The price of the room is good for single occupancy. You can live in a room with one (1) additional person (spouse/partner) for an additional of $150.00 per month.

The price of a room is also inclusive of electricity, water, satellite TV and internet.

Our minimum stay is 1 month.

Each room has a queen size bed, a cabinet, wardrobe and a bedside lamp. We do not provide duvet, bedsheets, pillows and towels. But we have a washer and dryer free for you to use.

The living room has a spacious cozy couch and a satellite TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment. 

House is with a centralized heater and AC. Hot and cold water too.

For the privacy and safety of our tenants we don’t allow in-house visits for applicants. We have a gallery of actual images of the rooms and we make sure that every room is clean and in good condition before you move in.

We love pets, but unfortunately, we don't have any pet-friendly homes available at the moment.

You can terminate the contract any time with one (1) month notice. Please keep in mind that any advanced rent fees will not be refunded.

Atlanta Abode is a co living community so please treat the place like your own home. Always keep the house tidy and clean. We expect everyone to respect other members and their property.
